ACL reconstruction (1 week after)

ACL reconstruction (1 week after) - LARS Surgery

1 week after ACL reconstruction surgery. I've been using a CPM machine 3x per day for 2 hour intervals, icing 4-5x per day for 20 minutes and doing most of the exercises shown in aarontomlinson's video titled "acl bed exercises" 3x a day.
